Refund Policy

Service-Based Business

​We do not sell physical products. Our work involves custom, labor-based services such as painting, flooring installation, and cabinet installation, which are tailored to each client. As such, we do not offer automatic refunds for completed work.

 

Deposits & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or materials have been purchased on your behalf.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service start date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, at our discretion.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before work begins may result in forfeiture of the deposit due to labor and material planning.

 

Refunds After Work Begins

Refunds after a service has begun will only be considered under the following conditions:

• There is clear, documented evidence of incomplete or substandard work, and

• We are given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue.

If a refund is granted, it may be partial, reflecting the portion of work not completed or corrected.

 

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for customer dissatisfaction due to a change of mind or for aesthetic preferences if the work has been completed according to the agreed scope and specifications.

 

Material Costs

If we purchase custom or non-returnable materials as part of your project, those costs are non-refundable once the materials have been ordered.

Discretion and Legal Rights

Sandhill Finishes LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion. Nothing in this policy waives any rights provided under Florida state law or federal consumer protection regulations.
